Stair Calculator is provided for planning, estimation, and workflow support. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these Terms.

Important Construction and Code Disclaimer

Stair Calculator is a planning aid only. It is not engineering advice, architectural advice, permit approval, a substitute for professional judgment, or a guarantee of code compliance.

You are solely responsible for verifying field measurements, structural suitability, material performance, local building code requirements, permit obligations, accessibility obligations, and inspection outcomes before construction or fabrication.

User Responsibility

• You are responsible for confirming that all project inputs are accurate.
• You are responsible for checking local regulations, inspections, and job-site conditions.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

Stair Calculator may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple through your App Store account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled in time.

Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, interface, code, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Bulpara or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Use the app in a way that interferes with its security, stability, or intended operation.
• Misrepresent app output as certified engineering, inspection, or legal approval.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stair Calculator is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulpara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, project delays, construction errors, inspection failures, or other losses arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if required for security, legal, or operational reasons, or if these Terms are violated.

Third-Party Terms

Your use of Stair Calculator may also be subject to third-party terms, including Apple App Store terms and third-party service provider terms.
